Responsibilities: Support mentoring programs across the state for pre-service and new teachers through professional development and grant administration.  Oversee teacher, SSP, and principal/administrator induction program applications and approvals. Lead professional development for induction and mentoring coordinators. Manage ELPD pathway applications from providers. Assist in other departmental initiatives.

Key Accomplishments:  Program manager for $12.6 million Mentor Grant. Development and launch of online Substitute Boot Camp, with over 1,700 enrollments in 2022. Lead Professional Learning Communities for induction program leaders statewide. Growth in participation by 50% in 2022-2023 with very positive stakeholder feedback. Launch of updated rubrics and a comprehensive handbook for induction programs in January of 2023. Support of 30 new induction programs and 5 new English Learner Professional development programs in the state of Colorado in the 2022-2023 school year.
